Update Direct Deposit

Issue

A student employee or staff person needs to update their direct deposit settings.

Resolution

Students

  1. Go to Wolverine Access at wolverineaccess.umich.edu
  2. Click Students (found in Campus Collections)
  3. Click Student Business
    • Login with your uniqname account if prompted
    • NOTE: Friend/guest accounts cannot access Student Business
  4. Click Payroll and Compensation tile
  5. Click the Payroll and Compensation option in the left-menu
  6. Click Direct Deposit
  7. Click the '+' option to Add Account or select an existing account to Edit Account for updates.

Direct Deposit is available to all Ann Arbor students, both student employees and non-employed students. However, only student employees will be able to access Direct Deposit through Employee Self Service as well.

Staff

  1. Go to Wolverine Access at wolverineaccess.umich.edu
  2. Click the Faculty & Staff collection (found in Campus Collections)
  3. Click Employee Self Service
    • Login with your uniqname account if prompted
    • NOTE: Friend/guest accounts cannot access Employee Self Service
  4. Click on the Payroll and Compensation tile
  5. Click Direct Deposit
  6. Click the '+' option to Add Account or select an existing account to Edit Account for updates.
