Campus Computing Sites printers
Issue
Campus Computing Sites printing options for guests to the University who do not have a print allocation and/or uniqname.
Resolution
If you have a uniqname:
- Visit https://mprint.umich.edu/user and if prompted, hit "Enroll" to register with the MPrint system
- After your account has been enrolled, click the button to "Purchase MPrint Credits" if you do not have a positive balance
- You can now print to any Campus Computing Sites printer! Visit https://mprint.umich.edu to print from a web browser, or log into a Campus Computing Sites computer to print to nearby printers.
If you do not have a uniqname:
- If you do not have a University uniqname, start by registering a guest account at https://accounts.miprint.it.umich.edu/register
- Follow the steps at https://mprint.umich.edu/guest to
- Add money to your account
- Attach a guest copy card to your account
- Learn how to use your guest account to print
- View your print history
- In order to print, you must use a dedicated Guest computer in one of the following buildings (see this page for more specific information):
- Art, Architecture, and Engineering Library at the Duderstadt Center
- Hatcher Graduate Library
- School of Music Library
- Shapiro Undergraduate Library
- Tappan Hall
- Taubman Library
