Applications on Sites Windows machines are available via the Windows Start menu based on your affiliation. If you log in and do not see a specific app, it is likely because the particular application isn't available to your affiliation/role with the University.
Sites Mac workstations will display all of the applications, but the ability to launch/use the apps is determined by your Institutional role. If your role is not eligible to use the software, you will receive a prompt stating that you are not eligible to use it.
Additional Information
The titles on the Sites Software List only show software that is available as part of the standard Sites image. The list does not show software that is deployed for specific classes, departments or units.
You may REQUEST AN EXCEPTION to access software titles even if that title is not available to your affiliation if it is needed for your instruction, teaching or classroom work at the university. You would need to submit an Exception Request Form. Requests are addressed on a case by case basis. All allowed exceptions are re-set at the beginning of the new academic year.
