ITS-ChangeApproval groups are automatically notified of tickets that are Emergency or Comprehensive Changes. For other tickets, remove this group when sending "notifications"

Issue

TeamDynamix has a field on all ticket for "reviewer" what is this used for?

Resolution

Reviewer/Change Approval groups required by TDx on all tickets, but only used by the system when the ticket category is Change and the Change type is Comprehensive or Emergency, in those cases the system should notify the Reviewer/Change Approval group of the ticket. In other circumstances, this group should be removed when "notifying" people about a ticket in order to reduce emails to team members for which no action is required.
