Zoom: Change Your Account's Time Zone

Issue

When I try to schedule a Zoom meeting or set business/closed hours for my Zoom Phone softphone, the time zone is incorrect. How do I change my time zone in Zoom?

Resolution

• By default, Zoom uses the time zone your computer is set to.
  • Zoom also matches your scheduled meeting times with your time zone settings, even when your meetings are scheduled in another location.
  • If Zoom's time zone is incorrect, refer to Zoom Support for details on changing time zone settings.
• Business hours or closed hours for Zoom Phone may not function as intended if the time zone is incorrect.
  • All Zoom Phone desk phones are set to Eastern Time (EST).
  • All Zoom Phone softphones are set to Pacific Time (PST). Refer to the specific Zoom Phone instructions for changing your time zone in your settings.
