How do I access the Student Employment Application?

Resolution

The link to the Student Employment Application can be found on Wolverine Access. You must be a current student, and you must have a mailing address on file in order to access the application.

  1. Sign in to wolverineaccess.umich.edu.
  2. Click Students (found in Campus Collections).
    • You can also search "student employment application" and it will appear as a result.
  3. Click Student Employment Application.

To update your mailing address on file, do the following:

  1. Sign in to wolverineaccess.umich.edu.
  2. Click Students (found in Campus Collections).
  3. Click Student Business.
  4. Click Campus Personal Information.
  5. The Addresses tab should open. From here click "add a new address" or click the pencil icon next to an address you would like to edit.

Additional Information

The application was previously accessible via Student Business, but that link was removed in 2026.

This service provides a single source of information about U-M employees, prospective employees, and retirees, eliminating the effort of maintaining and coordinating individual databases within different departments. The system shares information across the administrative and academic units on all three U-M campuses, in U-M Hospital and Health Services, and in university departments that provide staff services (such as Athletics and Parking Operations).
