Issue
How do I turn on or manage caption settings in my Google Slides presentation?
Resolution
- Open your presentation in Google Slides using an updated browser like Chrome, Edge, or Safari.
- Click Slideshow in the upper-right corner (or go to View > Slideshow).
- Move your mouse to the bottom-left corner of the presentation screen to show the control toolbar.
- Click the three dots (More options) and select Captions preferences, then click Toggle Captions.
Additional Information
You can also use the same caption menu to change the caption size or move them between the top and bottom of your screen.
