How to install and activate Adobe Premiere Pro
Adobe Premiere Pro is a video editing app for desktop and mobile devices and is included in the Adobe Creative Cloud suite. Edit video clips, add audio, adjust speed, correct color, clean up audio, customize transitions and animated tiles, and share videos anywhere.

Eligibility for the University of Michigan's Adobe Creative Cloud License
Adobe Creative Cloud is available to all active students, faculty, and regular full- and part-time staff on the Ann Arbor, Dearborn, Flint and Michigan Medicine campuses. For more details see Who is eligible to use Creative Cloud?

System Requirements for Premiere Pro
Installing Premiere Pro
- Some University owned computers (MiWorkspace, Michigan Medicine, LSA, etc)
- Software Center (Windows)
- Managed Software Center (Mac)
- Some Units prefer to manage the installation on their computers so you will need to contact your local IT support.
- If you have administrative rights on your computer you can download and install Creative Cloud from Adobe.
- Once you download the Creative Cloud app, you can select which products to download onto your computer.
- Installing on a mobile device
- Check for compatibility as not all devices are supported.

- Galaxy Store (Samsung)
Device Limits for Adobe Creative Cloud
- Adobe Creative Cloud apps can be installed on both University-owned and personal computers.
- On how many computers can I install my Adobe app?
- Can be installed on two or more computers.
- Can be activated (signed in) on up to two computers.
- Can use the app on only one computer at a time.
- Mobile app use does not count toward the two-computer limit.
Activating Adobe Creative Cloud
- Launch Adobe Premiere Pro.
- On the Sign In window, select “Continue with Google” from the options.
- Choose your UMICH account or enter your UMICH email address (non-med email address).
- Weblogin and Duo prompts.
