VPN Error: Single Sign-On Cookie

Issue

I am receiving the error, "Authentication failed due to a problem retrieving the single sign-on cookie."

Resolution

  1. Open your default web browser.
  2. Clear cookies and cache for all time.
  3. Close the browser completely.
  4. Reopen the VPN client and try connecting to the VPN again.
