How do I schedule a Zoom meeting on the web using zoom.umich.edu?

Resolution

To schedule a meeting on the web:

  1. Go to U-M Zoom on the web and click Sign in.
  2. Click Meetings from the left navigation.
  3. Click Schedule a Meeting in the top right corner.
  4. Enter your meeting information, including title, start time, duration, description, invitees, security options, etc., in the appropriate fields.
    • Note that you can enter any start time you'd like, such as 3:10 or 10:05, by clicking the field, entering the exact time, and hitting ENTER on your keyboard.
  5. Click Save at the bottom when complete.

Your meeting has been scheduled. The participants you entered in the Attendees field will receive the invitation.
