Okta, Michigan Medicine affiliates, Health Information Technology & Services (HITS), Coreimage 

Issue

I work for Michigan Medicine and need help with Okta.

Resolution

For security reasons, Michigan Medicine affiliates must get support for Okta from Health Information Technology & Services (HITS).  

• Call the HITS Service Desk at 734-936-8000.
  • Webpage: help.med.umich.edu/it.
    • Note: HITS support website is password protected, if you are not able to sign in, you will need to call the HITS service desk for assistance. Form submissions and chat services will not be available. 
  • Create a ticket or live chat with a representative using the Customer Service Portal (requires access).
    • ServiceNow - Submit a ticket to HITS.
      • https://michmed.service-now.com/sp
• In-person support
  • Help Me Now Locations, Hours, and Policies.
  • Help Me Now locations also have hardware tokens available.
