Resume or Complete Okta Enrollment

Issue

Confirm if you have completed Early Enrollment for Okta

Resolution

1. Go to oktaverify.umich.edu 
2. Click the "Enroll your UMICH account" button.
3. Log in using your U-M credentials via the Weblogin page.
4. If further actions are needed, you will be guided through any additional enrollment steps on the screen. Follow the instructions provided for each step. 
   1. Note: If you use Duo when logging in, you’ll need to enroll in Okta Verify or set up another Okta multi-factor authentication (MFA) option during enrollment.
      If you have not used Duo before, you are encouraged to enroll in Okta Verify, but you may choose to skip this step.
5. Once your enrollment is complete, you will see a message: “Okta Enrollment Completed!” and a button to test signing in with Okta.

Note: Enrollment can only be completed once, if you have completed enrollment and need to add, edit, or reactivate Okta multifactor devices, please follow these instructions: Add, Remove, or Reactivate Okta Verify Devices
