DCE 101 Training Completion Dashboard: Assignment and Visibility Updates

Environment

U-M Required Training Dashboard in Tableau, My LINC platform for DCE 101: Mandatory Cybersecurity Training.

Issue

I am unable to see the full list of staff assigned to the DCE 101 training in the Tableau dashboard. It appears that only staff who have completed the training are displayed, and I am unsure when the full assignment list will be available or I cannot see who I expect to be on the list. 

Resolution

The dashboard behavior is based on the training assignment time line:

1. From November 5, 2025, to January 13, 2026, the dashboard will only show staff who have completed the DCE 101 training in My LINC.
2. Beginning the week of January 13, 2026, all staff will have been assigned the training in My LINC, and the dashboard will update to display those who have not yet completed it.

If you believe the lists of people shown are incorrect, please reach out to the designated contact responsible for data accuracy.
