MiVideo: Player Does Not Display Full Screen in Safari on iOS

Issue

When viewing a MiVideo video embedded in a Canvas course within Safari on iOS or from the Canvas Student iOS app, tapping the full screen icon in the lower right of the player does not display the player in full screen.

Resolution

Full screen does not work within Safari on iOS due to the way Safari was designed.

Safari on iOS has limitations with fullscreen when using iframe-embedded players like a MiVideo video embedded into a Canvas course.
