Canvas: Quiz Copy Did Not Copy Question Bank

Issue

I copied a quiz that contains one or more Question Banks from one course to another, and the questions from the Question Bank(s) are missing from the copy.

Instead of seeing the attached Question Bank, I see the warning message "This question group is set to pick more questions than are available".

Resolution

Attach the question bank back to the quiz:

1. Edit the quiz and go to the Questions tab.
2. Delete the question with the warning message.
3. Click "+New Question Group".
4. Click "Link to a Question Bank".
5. Select the bank.
6. Enter the number of questions/points.
7. Click the "Create Group" button.
8. Save the quiz.

Additional Information

This was caused because only the quiz was copied and not the Question Bank(s) following these steps:

DO THIS INSTEAD: a full course export then import specific content and pick both the quiz and the attached Question Bank(s).
