Issue
How to submit Remote Work Agreements with Multiple Jobs
Resolution
If employee's work remotely or in a hybrid fashion in multiple appointments, they must submit a RWA for each appointment.
This can be done by navigating to:
- Choose EMPLOYEE SELF SERVICE
- Choose Remote Worker Tile
- Select the applicable job(s) using the drop down menu (see screenshot below)

NOTE: The Remote Work Agreement page in Employee Self Service is only accessible to employees after they've validated and the start date has occurred (when the employee affiliation as loaded onto the account).
