Canvas LMS with Google Drive integration
Issue
You are repeatedly prompted to log into Google when accessing Google services within Canvas via the Collaborations feature.
Resolution
To resolve the issue of being continually prompted for login credentials:
- Go to Settings in your Canvas profile.
- Under Registered Services, locate the Google Drive entry.
- Hover over the Google Drive entry to see a red X appear on the right side.
- Click the red X to delete the Google Drive entry from the list of registered services.
- Attempt to access Google within Canvas again. You will be prompted to reauthorize Google's access to your Canvas account.
- Complete the authorization process. This should be a one-time requirement.
