Is the Zoom Docs feature available in U-M Zoom?
Resolution
No, the Zoom Docs feature is not available in U-M Zoom. This includes the ability to view/edit Zoom Docs shared from external institutions/organizations.
You will notice the Docs tab in your Zoom account settings with limited settings, but you cannot access the feature through your U-M Zoom account.
Additional Information
- Zoom mentions Docs is integrated with AI Companion. However, this does not mean it is a part of the feature set that makes up AI Companion. They are separate features.
- If an external Zoom Doc is shared with you, you must be logged out of U-M Zoom to view it. Logging in to your U-M Zoom account will prevent you from viewing it.
