Issue
I have proxy access in MReports. Why am I not able to see any projects with Secondary Access?
Resolution
PIs (Principal Investigators) are able to assign secondary access for individuals from the P/G Summary page in MReports. Once named on project(s), staff are able to view the projects from the P/G Summary page and the search type is labeled “Secondary Access.” When projects become inactive, staff may still have the proxy role, but not see projects. A PI will need to add staff to their newer projects for them to be viewed. Sometimes prior access is cached and logging out of the application and restarting and/or clearing browser history is necessary when access has changed.
