Guide to Extracting Project Grant Expenses

Summary

Combined Activity Reports list all expenses for projects. The No-Link format link strips hyperlinks and extra rows/columns for easier sorting of data within Excel.

Issue

Need to retrieve a detailed expense list for a specific Project Grant.

Resolution

  1. Go to the Summary of Projects report.
  2. Click on a Project hyperlink in the list to open the P/G Budget Status page.
  3. Find and click the link for the Combined Activity Report, located to the right of the "Add Note" button.
  4. Repeat these steps for each project as needed.
  5. To download the data into Excel, click on the Disk Icon.
  6. Select the No-Link Format option to strip formatting for better data use in Excel.
