Downloading Clean MReports to Excel

Formatting reports for the web pages can add extra rows and columns when downloaded to Excel. Hyperlinks aren't necessary when using the data in Excel, so these are removed using this process.

How do I download an MReport to Excel without hyperlinks and extra blank rows & columns?

Resolution

1. Open the desired report in MReports.
2. Click on the "No-Link Format" hyperlink located above the column headings. This action removes hyperlinks from the report.
3. Once the hyperlinks are removed, click the Disk icon in the report controls to download the report in Excel format.
4. The downloaded Excel file should now be free of hyperlinks and have the correct formatting without extra blank rows and columns.
