1. Turn on your computer.
2. At the Dell logo, press the F12 key several times until the One Time Boot Menu appears.
3. On the boot menu screen, select the Diagnostics option

1. Restart the computer
2. As the computer boots, press the ESC key when the HP Splash Screen appears
3. When the Start up menu appears, press F2 to enter System Diagnostics.
