Can students who have been assigned to a group change their group name?

Resolution

Only teachers, TAs, and the student group leader can change the group name. See How do I manage groups as a student group leader?

Groups can be created without a student group leader so not all groups will have a leader. Only teachers and TAs can assign a group leader, see How do I assign a student leader to a group?
