How do I add or change the icon of a U-M Slack workspace?

Resolution

Note: You must be a Workspace Admin to add or change a workspace's icon.

Follow the steps below to add or change the icon of a Slack workspace:

1. Log in to U-M Slack and navigate to the workspace for which you want to add/change the icon/profile picture.
2. Click "University of Michigan" in the top left corner.
3. Hover over Tools & settings and select Customize workspace from the drop-down menu.
4. Click the Workspace Icon tab.
5. Click the Choose File button and select a new image.
6. Click the Upload Icon button.
7. Crop your icon as desired and click Crop Icon.
