Canvas: Copy Quiz To Another Course

Issue

Copy an individual quiz in Canvas to another course (includes classic quizzes and New Quizzes).

Resolution

Follow the steps below to copy a quiz to another course:

1. Log into your Canvas account.
2. Go to the course where the quiz you want to copy is located.
3. Click on "Quizzes" from the course navigation menu.
4. Find the quiz you want to copy and click on the "Options" icon (three dots) next to it.
5. Select "Copy To..." from the dropdown menu.
6. In the "Copy to" dialog box, select the course where you want to copy the quiz to.
7. Click on "Copy".
