This issue occurs in the ePro Req system when you attempt to save or submit a requisition.
Issue
You receive an error message stating "Data being updated does not exist. (18,4)" when trying to save or submit an ePro Req.
Resolution
The following steps may help resolve the issue:
- Close the requisition window
- Delete the browser cache and cookies
- Clear Cache and Cookies (Temporary Internet Files) in Multiple Browsers
- Close all browsing windows
- Open a new window
- Navigate back in M-Pathways FIN > Create Requisition.
- The items should still be in the cart on the Checkout page.
