ResponsiBLUE Invalid Status

Environment

ResponsiBLUE iOS and Android apps older than version 2.0.

Issue

Your COVID-19 vaccination card displays “Invalid” for the status.

Resolution

DO NOT resubmit your proof of vaccination or booster (or exemption request). These remain intact and will display properly after following the steps below.

• Update the ResponsiBLUE iOS or Android app to version 2.0 or newer
  • Update apps on Apple devices, manually or automatically (Apple): https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202180
  • Update apps on Android (Google): https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/113412?hl=en

If an iOS or Android device does not update your ResponsiBLUE app to version 2.0 or newer using the method above, then you should try again when Apple or Google makes the update available to you. In the interim, you can access the latest ResponsiBLUE web app at https://responsiblue.umich.edu.
