Issue

Known bug with Zoom 5.7.7 and potentially 5.7.6, only on PC, occasionally causes one or more of the following issues during screen share:

• Zoom app controls disappear or freeze
• App turns white
• Blank screen

Resolution

• Update to Zoom 5.7.8
• For MiWorkspace-managed PCs, Zoom 5.7.8 has already been pushed to your PC. Follow these instructions to update, if you haven't already.
