ResponsiBLUE, Compliance, Vaccinations, COVID-19
Issue
I got an email saying my exemption was accepted and that ResponsiBLUE would update in a few days. However, my ResponsiBLUE still shows "No Record."
Resolution
Your status has been recorded. Please make sure your app has been updated on your device. When the next ResponsiBLUE update is available, your status will automatically update when you upgrade your app to the latest version.
You will need to test weekly and complete the symptom checker daily to get the green X for overall compliance.
