Issue

What information is important to provide when submitting a ticket for support with TeamDynamix? 

Resolution

When submitting a ticket for TeamDynamix support, the following information will help quickly triage and resolve any issues.

  • If there was unexpected behavior: 
    • When did it occur? (Time and date)
    • Has this ever occurred before? If so, when?
  • What activity was being performed when the unexpected behavior occurred?
    • Provide the link to the specific web page
    • What button or action was selected?
  • Was there any specific error message? Please provide
  • Is this unexpected behavior limited to a single user or a group of users?
  • Please provide any related TDX ticket numbers and the Ticket Application (ex: ITS, LSA, SSC HR, SSC FIN, etc.)
