What information is important to provide when submitting a ticket for support with TeamDynamix?
Resolution
When submitting a ticket for TeamDynamix support, the following information will help quickly triage and resolve any issues.
- If there was unexpected behavior:
- When did it occur? (Time and date)
- Has this ever occurred before? If so, when?
- What activity was being performed when the unexpected behavior occurred?
- Provide the link to the specific web page
- What button or action was selected?
- Was there any specific error message? Please provide
- Is this unexpected behavior limited to a single user or a group of users?
- Please provide any related TDX ticket numbers and the Ticket Application (ex: ITS, LSA, SSC HR, SSC FIN, etc.)
