ResponsiBLUE: Unable to Complete Screening Check

Issue

I am getting a blank screen and/or error messages when trying to complete the ResponsiBLUE questionnaire after logging in.

Resolution

Some operating systems and some web browsers are incompatible with ResponsiBLUE. Errors may be indications of incompatibility. Try using a different device or complete the health screen using the guest version of the application https://guest.responsiblue.umich.edu.

Additional Information

General guidelines for support:

  • iOS supports the two most recent major releases
  • Android supports 3 most recent major releases
  • Chrome/Firefox/Firefox ESR only support the latest
  • Safari/Edge the two most recent major releases
  • IE 11 not supported (a known issue)
  • iOS 14 beta, Safari Tech Preview, as well as Safari in macOS Big Sur beta all are known to be incompatible.
