How do I bulk create groups in TeamDynamix?

Resolution

Bulk group creation can be accomplished through the use of the TeamDynamix ticket import utility and the group creation form to create groups.

To bulk create groups

1. Download this template - Group Import Template
2. Use the example data in the spreadsheet to complete the template, paying special attention to the data in the columns with yellow header rows.
3. Once complete, fill out this form, TeamDynamix Groups Bulk Load, and attach the completed spreadsheet.
