How long do individuals on RIF Status keep access to UMICH Google Mail?
Resolution
UMICH Google G-Suite access will be maintained for up to 12 months for staff on RIF status.
During the period of RIF status, the user retains an active Staff role, which keeps their MCommunity Profile Entry populated for email forwarding and keeps U-M Computing Services active.
