Unable to Book Travel Through Concur

Concur, Travel & Expense, Collegiate Travel Planners (CTP)

Issue

Unable to book hotel, airfare, car rental, etc. either for yourself or as a travel arranger/assistant for another employee. Attempting to do so leads to encountering the following messages:

  • THE UNIVERSITY IS NO LONGER USING CONCUR TO BOOK TRAVEL, PLEASE USE CTP'S LIGHTNING BOOKING TOOL INSTEAD
  • Sorry, we are unable to return search results, which may be due to: your company's travel policy, the way your company has configured Concur Travel, no available options for the dates/times searched. Please try another search.

Resolution

  • As of November 30, 2022, all travel booked online is fulfilled by Collegiate Travel Planners (CTP), the University’s contracted travel agency and no longer booked in Concur. For online booking, please use CTP's Lightning booking tool
  • ITS does not provide any support for CTP
