Using the option to Require Meeting Password on a Zoom Meeting


When scheduling a Zoom Meeting, you can click on the check box to require a meeting password to attend the meeting.

Once you check this box, it will generate a password for you. You can keep this, or click into the Password Box and remove it and add your own.

Once the meeting is scheduled you can share the meeting link in two ways.
Copy the meeting Link and send it to someone, or click the option to "Copy Invitation".

If you send someone just the meeting link and nothing else, they will be prompted to enter in the password when they click the link and try to enter the meeting.

If you send someone the full invitation, they should be able to enter the meeting without even entering the password.
