Issue
You need technical or course-content support, or you want to know whether your Michigan Online enrollment includes U-M student services or library access.
Resolution
Help with course content: Use the resources included in the course. Course staff may also provide content support when that support is available.
Help with the learning platform: Contact Michigan Online Support for technical issues with Michigan Online or Canvas. Coursera and edX have their own Learner Help Centers.
General learner guidance: Review Michigan Online's Learner Resources.
U-M student services: Only students enrolled in an online degree program or a for-credit online certificate program can access services provided by the academic unit that manages their program.
U-M library system: Only students enrolled in an online degree program or a for-credit online certificate program can access the university library system.
Enrollment in an open online course does not, by itself, provide access to U-M student services or the university library system.
If you are enrolled in an online degree or for-credit certificate program, contact your program's academic unit to learn which services are available and how to access them.
