Available to current University of Michigan students, faculty and staff at Ann Arbor, Dearborn, and Flint campuses. Not available to sponsored affiliates or alumni.
Access
Current U-M students, faculty, and staff will access Google Career Certificate courses through Michigan Online. After finding a certificate or course of interest, click the "Get Started" button, authenticate with your U-M credentials, and then enroll.
Certificates and courses are offered on the Coursera online learning platform.
Recently graduated students will not be able to enroll for these courses through Michigan Online once their U-M affiliation changes from “student” to “alum.” The timing of this change is different every semester, but generally, April graduates lose access the first week of June, August graduates lose access the first week of September, and December graduates lose access in early January. However, once enrolled, student/alumni will be able to access and complete their courses by going straight to Coursera and logging in.
