Environment

Noodle Learning Payment Platform

Issue

You are having trouble completing a payment while enrolling in a course. This article applies when:

  • The checkout page froze or timed out.

  • You received a payment error message.

  • You completed payment but are not sure whether enrollment was successful.

Resolution

Check your payment information

  • Confirm that your billing information is correct.

  • Make sure your payment card has not expired.

  • Re-enter the card information carefully.

Try the payment again

  • Refresh the checkout page.

  • Clear your browser cache and cookies.

  • Try a supported web browser.

  • Try another device, if one is available.

  • Do not submit several payment attempts in quick succession.

If you are paying from outside the United States

Your financial institution determines the exchange rate and may charge currency-conversion or international-transaction fees. It may also require you to authorize international purchases before approving the payment.

Still need help?

If the payment continues to fail or you are unsure whether enrollment was completed, submit a Michigan Online Support request and include:

  • Your name

  • The email address used during enrollment

  • The course name

  • The approximate date and time of the payment attempt

Additional Information

Avoid repeating the same payment several times. Multiple attempts may result in duplicate pending transactions while your bank processes the payment.
