For-credit certificate and degree programs
Eligibility while living outside the United States varies by program. Factors may include in-person requirements, professional licensure requirements, international authorization, and federal laws governing the export of online instruction and materials to foreign residents.
Contact the program's academic unit or review the program page before applying.
English proficiency
For-credit online degree and certificate programs require English proficiency for admission. Review the program page for the specific requirements and instructions for demonstrating proficiency.
Additional Information
International eligibility and English proficiency requirements are program-specific. Approval for one program does not establish eligibility for another program.
