Issue
You forgot your password or need to reset the password for the account you use to access an online learning experience.
Resolution
Michigan Online account for a non-U-M learner

Go to online.umich.edu.

Select Log In from your account drop-down in the upper right corner of the page .

Select Forgot Password.

Enter the email address associated with your Michigan Online account.

Check your email for instructions and complete the password reset process.
Coursera
Use the Coursera password and login help page.
edX
Use the edX password and login help page.
U-M account or uniqname
