GSRP Wrap Around Care Options and Tuition - HSCC 2026-2027
There is no cost to you for care during the GSRP hours of 9:30-3:30 PM, Monday-Friday, 8/31/2026 - 5/21/2027.

You may need additional care and choose from the following tuition-based options individually or in combination (option 2 must be used with option 1 during the GSRP year).

Please read the cost, deadlines, and parameters of each option carefully to ensure your needs are met and your space is secured.
Options:

Option 1: Wrap-around care to cover a regular HSCC day (August 31st - May 21st, 8:00 - 9:30 AM and/or 3:30 - 5:30 PM)

Option 2: Extended care (7:30 - 8:00 AM and/or 5:30 - 6:00 PM) - must be used in combination with option 1 August 31-May 21st

Option 3: Summer care, regular HSCC day (May 24th - August 20th, 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM) - can add extended care in option 2
How to register for Wrap around and Extended care:
We are currently using two terms to differentiate between the care options available:

Option 1: “Wrap around” care is from 8:00 - 9:30 AM and 3:30 PM - 5:30 PM to extend the GSRP day to the regular HSCC day of 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM.

Option 2: “Extended” care is from 7:30 - 8:00 AM and 5:30 - 6:00 PM to go beyond the HSCC regular day.

To request wrap around care or extended care, please use our Service Change form.

When selecting your child’s class in the form, be sure to select “class name (enrolled in GSRP)” in order for the wrap around options to appear.

To select both wrap around and extended care, please complete the form once to choose wrap around care (select GSRP Wrap Around Care Request (8-9:30 a.m. and/or 3:30-5:30)) and once to choose extended care (select Extended Care Request (7:30-8:00 a.m., 5:30-6:00 p.m.)) (sorry for the inconvenience).

January 31, 2027 (beginning February 1, spaces will be offered to children enrolling for the 2027-2028 school year and may fill).
When enrolling for summer care, you may choose any end date, it is not required that you enroll for the full summer.
However, we do ask you to select your summer schedule and end date by January 31 to allow us to fill empty spaces with newly enrolling children and avoid a loss in revenue that would negatively impact our budget.
