Recipients

Enter the names of all individuals who received this service. These fields provide a drop-down list of people already in the TrackMaster People List. If individuals receiving the service do not appear in the drop down list, they are not in TrackMaster and will need to be added to the People List prior to adding them as a recipient.

Project PI

The Project PI may or may not be the recipient of the service. Sometimes research team members will attend a consultation without the PI. This field allows us to track the primary investigators we're serving through their team members.

Follow Up Deadline

Putting a date in this field allows users to reference the list and remind them to follow-up.

If a follow up deadline is set, the members of the team who provided the service are notified by email on this date.

Notes
