Summary
This article provides step-by-step instructions for adding services and activities to TrackMaster using either the Services and Activities form or Bulk Upload feature. It also discusses how to edit an existing service or activity in TrackMaster.
Adding Consultations to TrackMaster
There are two ways to add events to TrackMaster:

Using the Consultations Form to Add Services or Activities
- From the Consultations list, click the Add new item button.

- Compete the appropriate fields for the service or activity you are adding. The table below should answer questions regarding the fields.

This is a drop down list that includes the following services and activities.
- Athletes Connected Consultation
- Data and Design Consultation
- Grant Proposal Writing Consultation
- Ideation and Collaboration Consultation
- Mental Health in Youth Athletics Consultation
- Mobile Technologies Consultation (Email)
- Mobile Technologies Consultation (Meeting)
- P2P Introductory Meeting
- PAVE Introductory Meeting
- Publication Writing
- WMHS Consultation
To add a new type of consultation to this list, go to Settings -> Dropdown Menus Configuration -> Consultation Types

Recipients
|
Enter the names of all individuals who received this service. These fields provide a drop-down list of people already in the TrackMaster People List. If individuals receiving the service do not appear in the drop down list, they are not in TrackMaster and will need to be added to the People List prior to adding them as a recipient.

Project PI
|
The Project PI may or may not be the recipient of the service. Sometimes research team members will attend a consultation without the PI. This field allows us to track the primary investigators we're serving through their team members.

Follow Up Deadline
|
Putting a date in this field allows users to reference the list and remind them to follow-up.
If a follow up deadline is set, the members of the team who provided the service are notified by email on this date.

Notes
|
A 1-2 sentence that describes the purpose of the consultation.

Notebook Link |
Can accommodate any link where you keep notes.
Notes can only be accessed by those with you provide permissions to in the app where the notes are kept.

Attachments
|
Allows the addition of any documents associated with the service or activity.
Documents will be accessible to everyone who has access to TrackMaster, are editable, and have version control.

Using Grid View to Add Multiple Consultations (Advanced)
- From the Consultations list, click Edit in Grid View in the toolbar.

- The list is now in grid view, resembling a spreadsheet.

- Click Add New Item. This will create a new row at the bottom and position the cursor on the first cell.
- Here you can copy & paste data from Excel (as long it has the same columns in the same order), or enter the information one consultation at a time, hitting the Tab key to keep creating new rows.

- When done, click Exit Grid View in the toolbar menu. This will save your changes.
Editing an Existing Consultation
- From the Consultations list, click the three dots (…) to the right of the event listing and select Edit from the menu, or right-click on the consultation type and select Edit.

- Edit any field you would like to update. You can also leave comments for other TrackMaster users in the comments pane.

- Click Save.
