Creating an HR-Related TeamDynamix Ticket
Go to the HR Team Dynamix site, by clicking on the following link: https://teamdynamix.umich.edu/TDClient/193/Portal/Home/?ToUrl=
Once on the main page, first look at “Popular Services” in the middle of the screen. See if your support topic is listed.
For example, if you need a new name tag, select “Flint-HR Name Tag Request”. Then, read the description. Click on “Request Name Tag”. Once on the next screen, you may find some fields pre-populated. Complete all required fields. Click submit.
This will create a ticket for the HR Team. Shortly after you submit the request, you will receive a notification that your ticket is in process. The process can typically take 2-4 weeks.
If you don’t see the service you need under “Popular Services”, click on the blue button that says “HR Services” on the left side of the screen. Review the categories to see which best fits your needs.
For example, if you are interested in Staff Tuition Prepayment, click on “Employee Benefits”. On the next screen, select “Flint-HR Tuition Support”. Then select “Flint-HR Staff Tuition Prepayment Form”.
The following screen will provide an overview with a link to the related SPG (201.69 Tuition Support Program) for additional information. To complete the application, click on the “Request Service” blue button on the upper right of the screen.
Complete the fields, being thorough with the information. Click Submit. This will create a task for the HR Team to begin the process of Tuition Prepayment.
