Name tags are worn by members of the university to enhance the interaction between our members and our community.
New employees and/or employees with a name or department change will receive one name tag (free of charge).
Replacement policy - Faculty/Staff who lose their name tag will be responsible for the replacement cost of ($8.50), unless the department is paying for the replacement.
Magnet or clip/pin - Security issues and concerns about damage to clothing have been addressed by providing a choice of tag styles. Wearers have the option of a magnet or clip/pin to secure the name tag. Note: Do not leave magnetic-backed name tags near your computer, data storage device, or other sensitive electronics.
Name tag requests must be made by a staff member of the department that is sponsoring the student organization for continuity purposes.
