Summary

Rather use "Quests" instead of "Assignments"? Don't want to call the learners "students"? Explore how to customize these terms in GradeCraft to fit your needs!

Body

Do you have a theme in your course? How do you want to address your learners? Adventurers, citizens, or members? What do you want to call your assignments? Quests, opportunities, or tasks? GradeCraft allows instructors to customize terms used in the interface, such as "students", "assignments", and beyond to make GradeCraft fits better to your course design.

Custom languages used in GradeCraft

  1. Click "Course Settings" under "Setup" from the left-hand menu. Expand the "Setup" folder if needed
  2. Click the "Advanced Settings" tab from the top of the page
  3. Change the terms in the text boxes to your liking
  4. Scroll down and hit "Save Settings"
  5. Now you will see the term(s) changed to your input everywhere the term is used in the course.
