How do I re-open an ECoach assignment?

To re-open ECoach assignments for everyone enrolled in a coach. 

  • Bulletins and surveys that expired can be re-opened by extended or deleting the expiration date. Beginning of Term and End of Term surveys cannot be moved because they are delivered across all course coaches.

  • Exam Playbook (Planning) can be re-opened by moving the exam date forward in time through the Playbook Manager in the dashboard.

  • Exam Playbook (Reflection) can be re-opened by changing the expiration date in Edit Playbook in the Playbook Manager.

There isn't a way to reopen an assignment for one individual.
