OUA - Report an Issue Logging in to Enrollment Connect

First-year or transfer applicants who are unable to log in to Enrollment Connect - an online portal for all your application needs: track your checklist and application status, receive important messages from your office, view your application decision, and more - should follow the recommendations below.

First, check the Common Application to see whether you have successfully submitted your application. Once you submit the Common App, the Common App Dashboard allows you to track and manage your progress. Select Dashboard and click on the University of Michigan to see whether the elements of our application are complete. Once the dashboard shows a green check mark for U-M, we will be able to download your application.

To log in to Enrollment Connect, you must use the login credentials from the email you receive from michigan.admissions@umich.edu with the subject heading We Received Your U-M App, Now Log in to Enrollment Connect. If it has been more than 5 days since you submitted your application and you have not received your login credentials or the initial login fails after you enter the data from the email into the login screen, select the Request Help button to submit a ticket to our support team.

If you received the verification email from michigan.admissions@umich.edu, successfully logged in and created a password, but have now forgotten your password,  click the "Forgot Your Password?" link once you are on the login screen.

Current students and non-degree/guest applicants, including those applying to the Post-Baccalaureate Premedical Program (Postbac MEDPREP), should go to Wolverine Access instead and log in using either a Friend Account or their uniqname.
