Definition of an International Applicant

Who is considered to be an international applicant?


An international applicant is someone whose U.S. citizenship is a non-resident alien.

If you are a permanent resident of the U.S. or are a U.S. citizen living outside the U.S., you are NOT considered an international applicant.
