How to make a site show up on Google?
Resolution
ITS has no control of Google search results and provides no support for any suggestions found on the web or the suggestions below. While ITS maintains the infrastructure of websites, it is the responsibility of the website owner to maintain the site itself.
It can take weeks to months for Google to find and index a new site, even if the site has good metadata and clean search engine optimization (SEO).
Here are some tips to help improve the chances of a site appearing on Google search:
There are articles online that give suggestions on how to manipulate Google search results, but nothing that we can attest to.
