Adobe Acrobat: Blank "Save As" Window

Issue

After selecting the "Save As" option in Adobe Acrobat, the save window appears, but it's completely blank. 

Resolution

  1. Begin with restarting the computer. Once restarted, verify if the blank screen is still occurring

If you are still experiencing a blank, empty window when using the “Save as” function with Adobe Acrobat, this is most likely an issue with the save online features that are enabled by default. To work around this issue, simply deactivate the online storage options. While Acrobat is opened, do the following:

  1. Click on the Edit menu
  2. Click Preferences
  3. Select the "General" category from the list on the left
  4. Uncheck the boxes for both Show online storage when opening files and Show online storage when saving files
  5. Click OK, and then close and re-open the application again

At this point the "Save As" window should function normally.
